Our History
Rooted in the heart of Miami’s lush landscapes, the Continental Park Homeowners Association has spent decades preserving the tropical charm and community harmony that define our neighborhood.
Established during Miami's post-war expansion, Continental Park was envisioned as a sanctuary of coastal serenity and vibrant living. As our community grew, neighbors recognized the need for a cohesive organization to maintain our shared landscapes and preserve the unique tropical identity of our residential streets. Today, the CPHOA remains dedicated to advocacy, sustainability, and the continued enhancement of the beautiful parklands we all call home.
